How to start recording

Place a broadcast order
Go to app.bigbro.ai and sign in. Open the My cameras page, select the camera you want to use, and place a broadcast order. To create an order, specify the game type (match or training session), the date and time range, and the names of the participating teams.

Prepare and turn on the camera
Remove the camera from the case, then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The three white indicators will begin flashing one after another in a wave pattern. While they are flashing this way, the camera is powering on.
The camera takes approximately 2–3 minutes to fully start up.
Once the camera is ready, the white indicators will stop flashing in a wave pattern and remain steadily lit to show the current battery level. You will also hear a sound indicating that the startup process is complete.
When the camera is connected to a charger, one of the three white indicators will flash. Which indicator flashes depends on the current battery level — it may be the first, second, or third indicator.
You can continue using the camera while it is charging.

Connect the camera to the internet
Insert a Nano SIM card with an active mobile data plan and wait for the camera to connect to the network. Next to the three white indicators, there is a blue indicator that shows the camera’s internet connection status.
Flashing blue indicator — the camera is not connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or SIM card.
Solid blue indicator — the camera is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or SIM card.

Mount the camera on the tripod
Attach the camera to the tripod mount and make sure it is securely fixed in place. Use the dedicated mounting plate supplied with the camera. First, attach the mounting plate to the tripod. Turn the locking lever 90° clockwise, place the camera onto the mount, then turn the lever 90° counterclockwise to lock the camera securely in place. Once the camera is mounted, adjust the tripod to the required height.

Position the camera by the field
Place the camera next to the field and point it so that the entire playing area is visible in the frame. You can check the camera position from the My cameras page. Select your portable camera and open its live video feed. If necessary, reposition the camera until the entire playing area is clearly visible.

Check the camera and start the game
Before the match begins, check once again that the camera is powered on and connected to the internet. When the camera starts recording, the green indicator will begin flashing. It is located next to the battery level and network connection indicators. If the green indicator is off, the camera is not recording.

Wait for the video to upload
After the match ends, do not turn the camera off immediately. The recorded video needs time to upload to the platform.
You can remove the camera from the tripod and take it with you, but it must remain powered on and connected to the internet until the upload is complete. If the camera is turned off while the video is uploading, the upload will be paused and will resume only the next time the camera is powered on.
Once the upload is complete, the game recording will appear in your account.

How to start recording

Check that the camera is ready
Before the match, make sure the camera is powered on and available in BigBro.
The stationary camera is permanently installed at the venue and connected to power and the internet, so no additional setup is required before each recording.

Create an order
Create a new order on the platform.
Enter the date and time of the match or training and add the team details. Before confirming the order, check that all the information is correct — recording will start according to the details you provided.

Make sure recording has started
Your order will appear on the platform. Check its status.
Live — the broadcast is already in progress, the match is being recorded, and you can watch it in real time.
Broadcast starts in... — the broadcast is scheduled and will start when the countdown reaches zero.
Uploading from camera — the broadcast has ended and the video is being processed. Once processing is complete, the recording will be available to watch at any time.

Questions and answers
Make sure the camera is connected to the internet and shown as available in SportVisor. On the portable camera, a solid blue indicator means that the network connection has been established.
Check the recording status in BigBro. On the portable camera, the green indicator flashes while recording or broadcasting is in progress.
For the portable camera, check the SIM card, mobile data connection, and network coverage. For the stationary camera, check the wired connection and network availability. If the connection is not restored, contact support.
Check the order date and time, selected venue, and camera. Make sure the camera is powered on, connected to the internet, and available in SportVisor.
Yes, but if the upload from the camera has not finished yet, it will be paused and will resume only when the camera is turned on again and connected to the internet.
Yes. After the match, you can remove the camera from the tripod and take it with you.
Once the video has been uploaded and processed, it will appear in your account at app.bigbro.ai.
Make sure the upload has finished. If the video is still unavailable after processing, contact support.
Up to 4–6 hours on the built-in battery.
The portable camera supports 4G/LTE and 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi. The stationary camera uses a wired connection. A stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps is recommended.
Yes. Both models have an IP65 protection rating, which means they are protected against dust and water splashes. The relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
Do not reset or reconfigure the camera yourself. Contact BigBro support — the team will help you check the camera connection and settings.
